SCHOOL SPONSORED CLUBS

DRAMA CLUB
Each year the upper elementary (grades 4-6) students participate and perform in a production of a dazzling musical. Our students get the experience of performing on stage with wireless microphones, a professional sound technician, videographer, and choreographer. Students cherish these unforgettable performances which enhance self-esteem and create memories that are cherished for a lifetime. Performing on stage is life changing for many students. In 2023, our students performed Newsies, Jr. They are looking forward to performing Matilda,Jr. in March 2023.

CLASSICS CLUB
Upper elementary and third year lower elementary students (grades 3-6) read enthralling classic and award winning books. The students meet once a month after school with the Classics Club faculty guide to engage in lively discussions. This club provides a wonderful opportunity to expand one’s knowledge of classic literature and to connect with friends through stimulating discussions of some of the world’s best literature.

OTHER AFTERSCHOOL CLUBS

Aquinas Montessori School provides space to private organizations that we believe will benefit our student body. (These organizations charge fees for participation.)

LEGO ENGINEERING CLUB
Lego Engineering Club meetings, organized by Ascendly for children in grades K-6 provide children with opportunities to solve engineering challenges with Legos.

MAGNUS CHESS ACADEMY
Magnus Chess Academy hosts meetings for children in K-6 grades. Children are taught the basics of chess and are able to practice these principles with their fellow students.
